Composit uses/ indication of Diclozone Forte :
Painful muscle spasm associated with musculature conditions.
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It helps in reducing pain and inflammation, joint or back pain, attacks of gout, pain caused by kidney stones or other injuries.
Pain reliever and a fever reducer
Composit contra indication of Diclozone Forte :
Hypersensitivity. Liver disease. Porphyria. Lactation, Pregnancy.
Hypersensitivity. Severe hepatic impairment
Composit side effects of Diclozone Forte :
Drowsiness, dizziness, lightheartedness, headache, excitement, restlessness, GI disturbances, irritability, sensitivity reactions (skin rash). Jaundice, liver damage reported. Orange or reddish-purple urine.
GI disturbances, headache, dizziness, rash, GI bleeding, peptic ulceration, abnormalities of kidney function. Pain and tissue damage at Inj site (IM), local irritation (rectal), transient burning and stinging (ophthalmic).
Stevens-Johnson syndrome, exfoliative dermatitis, toxic epidermal necrolysis.
Epigastric distress, nausea, rashes, leucopenia is rare, Acute renal tubular necrosis. Very rare, blood dyscrasias.
Composit Caution :
Pregnancy, known allergies. Tasks requiring mental alertness may be impaired. Monitor liver function.
Patients with history of liver or kidney disease, swelling of the hands, feet, ankles or lower legs, high blood pressure, dehydration, blood disorder, smoking habit, alcohol abuse, any allergy, elderly, children, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
